Ceci est la première extension d'Exploding Kittens. Non seulement cette extension vous permet de jouer jusqu'à 6 joueurs, mais elle introduit également 20 nouvelles cartes. L'une de ces cartes est le Imploding Kitten, qui est placé face visible dans le paquet et qui, lorsqu'il est pioché, mène à une explosion inévitable. Vous NE POUVEZ PAS désamorcer un Imploding Kitten. De plus, le jeu est livré avec un indicateur de tour Cone of Shame de taille humaine.

Les versions non anglaises d'Imploding Kittens ne sont pas compatibles avec les versions anglaises d'Exploding Kittens et des packs d'extension.
